We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, aesthetic preference shifts, or project cancellations. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the component selected matches the exact voltage, resistance, and physical dimensions of their system.
2. Electrical Compatibility & Fitment
We provide exhaustive technical descriptions, model numbers, schematic stamps, and high-resolution photographs for every listing. We do not accept returns or offer refunds if a component does not fit your circuitry or setup due to an incorrect reference selection, wrong phase calculation, or undocumented modifications on your custom engineering project. We strongly encourage you to consult with your lead electrical engineer or restorer prior to ordering.
3. Order Cancellations & Product Unavailability
A full, 100% refund will be issued exclusively under the following circumstances:
- Sourcing Failure: The specific electrical item you ordered is no longer available or has been sold within our external industrial network prior to our workshop securement team arriving at the source location.
- Quality Rejection: The item fails our rigorous 48-hour workshop inspection (e.g., structural casing cracks detected, internal wiring corrosion compromising insulation safety, or unfixable terminal damage).
In these instances, your order will be cancelled automatically, and a full refund will be processed immediately back to your original payment method. You will receive an instant email notification detailing the cancellation.
